(b. 2001) is a filmmaker-critic based in Manila.Their debut documentary short "as if nothing happened" competed at the London Short Film Festival. Their shorts were included in CNN's Best Filipino Films of 2020 and 2022. Their debut narrative short "the river that never ends” won the Best Southeast Asian Short Film at the 34th Singapore International Film Festival and the Student Award at the 18th JOGJA-NETPAC Asian Film Festival. Their shorts have been selected at QCinema International Film Festival, SeaShorts Film Festival, Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival, Tampere Film Festival, and Kaohsiung Film Festival. Their writings have been published in Sine Liwanag and Sinegang.ph.They are an alumnus of Ricky Lee's Screenwriting Workshop, Mowelfund Film Institute, and the US-based nomadic film school Film Futura by No Evil Eye Cinema.
Jelsy Arcales

Jelsy Arcales is a filmmaker based in Manila. She is the current President of the UP Cineastes' Studio, the country's first and premier student film organization. At 19, she was trained as a location manager which helped her build a strong foundation on the ins-and-outs of film production. With this experience, she often works as a production manager and producer for short films, including the Sine Kabataan 2023 finalist “kung ang ulan” by Macky Esquibel and CNN Philippines honorable mention for Best Films of 2023 “Last Full Show” by Ivan Villacorta Gentolizo. She is also set to release her debut short film titled “Sa Puting Dingding, Tayo’y Mananatili”, that explores memory and loss from the perspective of a grandmother-granddaughter relationship.
Vien Geslani

Vien Geslani is a filmmaker, writer, and journalist. She served as an assistant director on JT Trinidad's short "the river that never ends" which won the Gender Sensitivity Award at the QCinema International Film Festival 2022 and was named one of CNN's Best Filipino Films of 2022. She is currently employed as an instructional designer in Taguig.

Jacob Alcala (2001) is a Filipino-born, UAE-raised, and Netherlands-trained Film Director and Cinematographer, currently based in Canada. To him, filmmaking is an intimate odyssey—a path of self-exploration intertwined with the communities and environments he encounters. Alcala is driven by exploring themes of identity, adolescence, and the intricate threads that weave into the human condition. He crafts these narratives with an unwavering commitment to authentic imagery, meticulously tending to every detail.
